At ACACIA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact. Please note that all sale items and international orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all ACACIA tags and liners are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
